Incorrect Supply/Faulty Product

If the product is wrongly supplied, Rapid Spray will dispatch the correct item immediately to either the dealer that the original product was delivered to or if directly delivered, direct to the customers home or work address. Rapid Spray will arrange pick up of the wrong product at no cost to the customer. 

In the rare instance that the product is damaged or faulty, Rapid Spray will arrange for pick-up of the item either from the dealer where the item was delivered to, or if directly delivered, directly from the customers’ residence or work address. Rapid Spray will arrange for repairs or a replacement product to be sent to the customer as soon as possible. Rapid Spray will cover the cost of the repair / replacement & freight if the product is still within its warranty period.

Should the product fall outside of its warranty period, Rapid Spray are happy to send out the relevant spare parts at a cost to the customer. Alternatively, the product can be returned to Rapid Spray for repairs. These repairs and freight costs will be covered by the customer. Change of Mind

If you have ordered the wrong product - we’ll be happy to swap it for you! Simply return the item in its original state along with all paperwork to the dealer that it was picked up from within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily exchange it for a more suitable product.

Alternatively, if the item was delivered direct from Rapid Spray, call us and we’ll arrange for the product to be collected as soon as possible. 

Refunds

If the item was incorrectly supplied or faulty and the customer does not require a replacement we can offer a full refund. Simply return the item to the dealer it was picked up from (or call us on 1800 011 000 if direct delivered) and we’ll arrange collection. The refund will be processed as soon as the product reaches us. Please ensure that it is in new and unused condition and is packaged accordingly before returning it.  

If the customer had a change of mind and does not require a replacement, we can offer a full refund minus freight costs. Simply return the item to the dealer it was picked up from (or call us on 1800 011 000 if direct delivered) and we’ll arrange collection. Note, if Rapid Spray incurs the freight charge a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the customer pays for the return freight a restocking fee will not be charged. The refund will be processed as soon as the product reaches us. Please ensure that it is in new and unused condition and is packaged accordingly before returning it as damaged or used products will be subject to a partial refund only.  

Once the goods have been received by Rapid Spray, please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.

Rapid Spray is not responsible for damage or fault arising out of incorrect or inappropriate use and operation. 

No warranty is valid on goods that have been altered or used in an application for which the product is not intended.
