Can the sprayer control the amount of chemical that is dispensed?
Yes and no. The nozzle can be adjusted to create a fine spray or jet stream for dispensing liquid, and the faster you hand pump, the greater the flow.
Can this be used to apply commercial grade chemicals?
Yes. This can be used for the distribtuion of any liquid. Take note of strength of chemicals - only use super aggressive chemicals if sprayer has VITON valves.
Can I use bleach in this?
No. Never use flammable liquids, acids, or caustic chemicals such as bleach in a backpack sprayer.
However a back sprayer with Viton seals can withstand the high chemcial use. Check product description before use
