How to Pair your Buddy Smart Reel Remote
After replacing the motherboard on my Buddy Smart Reel, my reel is now working in reverse (spitting out the hose instead of rewinding the hose). What can be done to rectify this?
The program can be reset. Please call the Customer Service team at 1800 011 000 and we can talk you through the steps to rectify this.
I have an old Buddy Smart Reel (over 5 years old), can I get a replacement remote?
Unfortunately advancing technologies, we can no longer source the old remotes. The new remotes work on a different radio channel. An upgrade to the new Buddy Smart Reel system will be required. Please call the Customer Service team on 1800 011 000 and we can talk you through the steps to rectify this.
