What types of weed sprayers and agricultural sprayers does Rapid Spray offer?

Rapid Spray offers a wide range of weed spraying equipment for residential, rural and commercial use, including:

  • Handheld and backpack weed sprayers
  • 12V spot sprayers for quads, UTVs and utes
  • Trailer weed sprayers
  • UTV and ute-mounted spray units
  • Field sprayers and tractor linkage boom sprayers

This range suits everything from small block properties to broadacre farming.

How do I choose the right weed sprayer for my property or farm?

When selecting a weed sprayer, consider:

  • Property size and spray coverage requirements
  • Spot spraying vs boom spraying needs
  • Tank capacity requirements
  • Vehicle compatibility such as ute, quad or tractor

Small properties typically suit portable or 12V weed sprayers, while larger farms benefit from trailer or agricultural boom sprayers.

What is a 12V spot sprayer and how does it work?

A 12V spot sprayer is a 12v pump powered by your battery. It delivers consistent pressure for targeted herbicide application, making it ideal for fence lines, driveways, paddocks and general property maintenance.

Can Rapid Spray weed sprayers be used for herbicide and chemical spraying?

Yes. Rapid Spray weed sprayers are designed for herbicide spraying and other approved agricultural chemicals. Always follow label instructions for mixing rates, safety and application guidelines.

What is the difference between a spot sprayer and a boom sprayer for weed control?

A spot sprayer is designed for targeted weed control in specific areas.

A boom sprayer provides wide, even spray coverage across paddocks and large properties, improving efficiency for agricultural spraying applications.

Are trailer weed sprayers suitable for large rural properties?

Yes. Trailer weed sprayers are ideal for larger blocks, farms and commercial properties. They offer increased tank capacity and greater spray coverage, reducing refill frequency and improving productivity.

Do I need a ute, quad or tractor for agricultural sprayers?

Larger weed spraying units such as trailer sprayers, ute-mounted sprayers and tractor linkage boom sprayers require suitable vehicles or machinery for operation. Always check mounting and towing compatibility before purchasing.

How do I maintain my weed sprayer for long-term performance?

Proper maintenance of your weed spraying equipment includes:

  • Rinsing tanks and flushing lines after each use
  • Cleaning spray nozzles and filters
  • Inspecting pumps, hoses and fittings
  • Storing equipment clean and dry

Routine maintenance helps extend equipment life and maintain spray performance.

Are Rapid Spray weed sprayers suitable for commercial and agricultural use?

Yes. Rapid Spray weed sprayers are built for durability and are widely used across farming, contracting, landscaping and property management applications where reliable agricultural spraying equipment is essential.
